Squats n Deadlift help!
Okay.. now i am quite excited cuz from Monday I am gonna start my Rippetoes routine... Since I never did Squat or Deadlifts before, I tried 3 sets of squats on my prev leg day to get the rhythm & to my sheer pleasure my quads n everything didnt put me to shame, as i successfully did ATG (mistakenly, now on i will do athletic squat) with 30Kgs!!
I am bit confident that am aware of the quatting technique now but still to make sure that I wont do any hanky panky i wanna have some illustrations, diagrams and vids of squats as well as deadlifts.
