Help- White Flood/Green Mag
i jus got my order of controlled labs white flood(lemonade) and green mag(sour apple).
i was thinking of mixing them both pre-workout. i jus needed some reviews of how it worked for you when u mixed them. but first of all is it a good idea to mix them? if so how much scoops to oz of water do u mix it with?
thanks

I used to do white flood first, then green mag. But now I throw them in together with about 20oz of water then obviously take water to the gym (with purple wraath mixed in). I take a pee break, then keep the water coming. Ive had a lot of success with this stack, with ON 100% whey post workout with Primaforce carb slam. A multi and fish oil is the only other supps I take and Im feelin' larger and getting much stronger.

Yeah I mixed them together, worked just as well as when I took both seperately and its a lot more convenient. I took 1scoop GM, 2scoops WF 45min pre-workout in about 30oz water

Good choice!
i was thinking of mixing them both pre-workout.
SMART move , Make sure to use LOTS of water.
i jus needed some reviews of how it worked for you when u mixed them.
Works fine. Just make sure to keep water intake high.
but first of all is it a good idea to mix them?
Yes
if so how much scoops to oz of water do u mix it with?
I do one scoop GM, and 1-2 scoops WF. In a 20 OZ bottle. I then pound it down and then DRINK lots of water after that. I find it easier to pound the drink down with a little water for taste and then just drink lots of plain water after. The bottom line. DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

Do you have a creatine? If not maybe look into some Creatine Monohydrate if you are that strapped for cash. You could then buy some other goodies like some MV/FO and some whey if you don't have these.
Or do you have these products already?

well i have been using straight creatine mono and also taking whey gold standard.
I just have heard great things about WF and GM. So i guess my options are: should i mix my creatine mono with WF or just go with GM alone?

I would say stick with the straight mono. Save yourself some money on creatine since you have it already.
WF = pre-workout stimulant for energy
Is that what you want?

the creatine would be more foundational, go for that first or get a mini tub of both
