I know its inevitable that im gonna cheat. What would be less damaging, a meal once a week or a day once a month?

then expect to gain about a lb a week. DO NOT freak out and start trying to cut if you gain a little more than that. lift hard and eat big, you can cut later if you need to but at your height and weight I think you need to cut anytime soon.

Unless your in contest prep then have 1-2 cheat meals a week, start with 1 cheat meal and see how you do with that. I did 1 cheat meal per week during my whole bulk last time I bulked and I gained vary little fat throughout the whole bulk. 1 free meal per week is not going to make you fat, it only helped me. Try it out and see how it works for you, dont let someone tell you if its ok or not because one person is going to say Yes its fine and one is going to say No its bad....Try it out for yourself and determine if you want to keep having one per week.

if needed once a week. As much as some people will tell you cheat meals will not make you lose weight faster, but definately does something. If you need it once a week, do it.... if you can hold off, wait 2-3 weeks per cheat meal. With that being said, i look forward to my once a week cheat meal it keeps me sane.

It would vary, but here is an example.
I would go to a restraunt, usually something like Texas roadhouse or Smokey bones and get something like
Appetizer: Cornbread or something like that
3 meat platter (chicken tenders (breaded), Steak, and Chicken Breast)
Order of Onion Rings or loaded baked potato
Then go to coldstone for desert and get anything I wanted there.
I use my cheats for my last meal of the day on the day i have it so then I dont cheat all day because I dont see a point in going a full day or gorging unless its a holiday or something.
So my cheats were not small by any means, but its only for one meal and as much as I want. Not going to get fat off 1 meal a week and it helped me add lean mass.
-I recommend 1 cheat meal per week to eat whatever you want for one meal
-Use full cheat days for special occaisons like Holidays, Birthdays, Vacations, etc.
-Remember if you can eat a treat everyday as long as it fits your macros for the day, say you want a snicker bar a day, that is fine just make sure it fits into your overall macros for the day and your fine.New 5/3/1 Strength Journal:

Alright, Ill cheat once a week with a meal. Ill make it my second to last meal because I gotta have my cottage cheese pre bed time. Ill also have cheat days on major holidays that involve food. (Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Birthday, ect.) Ill do the meal on days when I dont do cardio or lift. It sucks though because my family orders out all week and then tomorrow when I want to cheat they done have anything.

Well then, if it happens it happens, but if I went the whole week without cheat I think I should take every Saturday, my lazy day, and go out and eat a bunch of crap as a "reward meal". Im gonna call it that from now on. Why call it a cheat when most people eat this way everyday. Calling it a Reward Meal will make it sound like, "Hey, I deserve this!"

Bro you are totally overthinking this man.
Again see how your body responded to the cheat meal, you have to find what works for you.
My weekly cheat meals were easily 1000-2000 calories, but I dont count to see how many they are because its a FREE MEAL which means you eat what you want until your full. No COUNTING.New 5/3/1 Strength Journal:
