I really dont wanna gain any fat but I wanna bulk because Im really skinny fat and dont have much muscle at all. The reason why im so scared of gaining fat is because I was a fatty at one point. I went hardcore dieting and got down to low. Most people have the problem that they cant get enough food down but I can easily down alot of calories. Its like I have 5 stomachs. But the thing is im afraid to eat to much because im afraid of the fat gain that comes with bulking. Can I get some help here from you kind folks on the teen board. I know im gonna get some negs here, but if I can get some help outta it its worth it.

As LA already said you have to figure out what your calorie maintenance level is. It usually takes about a week to do so, simply just eat and workout as always and measure you weight everyday (preferably when you wake up on an empty stomach).
Now lets say you eat 4000cal every day for one week and you start at 150lbs and end up at 155lbs -> 4000cal is more than what ur maintenance level is.
2. week you eat 2000cal every day for one week and start with 155lbs and end up at 150lbs -> 2000cal is below maintenance level.
3. week you eat 3000cal and start at 150lbs again and after 1 week ur weight remains the same (150lbs) = 3000cal is your maintenance level.
When u figured out what ur ML is just eat 200-400cal (3200-3400cal) above maintenance level everyday to keep ur bf at the same level and add muscle mass.100% Ukranian

If you worried about getting fat then no, cheating isnt' a good idea. If you don't like hiit cardio 2-3x a week then do liss cardio 5-7x a week. Just eat a little above maintaince cals and get 1.5xbw in protien everday. You'll probably lose fat and gain muscle, or hold bodyfat constant and gain muscle.
