my friend weights around 230 pounds and is looking to buy a fat burner to help him lose weight. I already gave him a nice workout plan and diet.

i hear good things about 2 shredded by the beast nutrition...
i got my bottle in today..."My problem is that my parents are here and so is my brother. It will look kind of suspicious with me walking into the bathroom with a frozen chicken breast. We have no salmon here either, but I can get the salmon fillets this weekend and stick it in my ass on Monday morning when everyone is gone.
I don't mind sticking the fish in my ass (no homo) its just getting it past my parents that's going to be the delay."

Remember that diet and training always come first. With that Anabolic Pump is a great supplement to allow you to take in more carbs and lean out. Not considered a fat burner per say but it will definitely aid in any type of stack. A couple highly recommended fat burners are Recreate and Lean Xtreme.

I don't know if I mis-read what you wrote, but losing weight and running go hand and hand. So to not acknowledge running in such a forum is like trying to tow a boat with a steering wheel.
So if you want your friend to drop weight dude, running or jogging will definitely do the trick. A good fat burner that worked for me was HotRox, but I don't know if they sale that anymore.

Give the diet/training some time at the least - as it will likely take some time to get settled into the pattern. Leave a supplement for at minimum a month, realistically however long it takes to get adjusted/comfortable with the new diet and exercise. Then look into one of the milder burners... one that won't singe off the hair.
I remember being relevant.

Recreate: burns fat 23 different ways, regulates cortisol, and promotes 'clean eating'. I have used Recreate and Anabolic Pump in a carbohydrate cycling program with weights and cardio and it helped me get my abs showing.

lol this is my last post in this thread.
Yes cardio reduces fat aslong as you do not over do it. Then muscle loss comes into play. Main point being made is this guy should do some old fashion running, and cardio before he considers supps.
