Thanks Bro;
Damn it seems like a long time since Ive been on here. Basically Ive just been lazy with the posts. I work on network's all day long. Sometimes it is the last thing I want to do when I get home....
Ive spent the past 4 months training pretty light (nothing over 650) and doing 3 days a week of focused rehab work. Naging issues with my left cuff and elbow and my right tri are all healed up and seem pain free. So Im going to pick it up this board cycle and get under some weight.
Primal Power Systems is growing also. We typically have 15 to 20 guys going on ME days. Nice to have so much help.
So ME Bench (4 Board)
Long warm up. 30 minutes of Grip, Delts, Supper Kennelly's and stuff.
BB Bench
135 x 30

Dude I was as suprised as you to be honest. the old gear was so shot that I couldnt get 600. (tried 3 times in the last 2 meets) That is just silly. So now new gear and all healed up... We will see how it feels onn a 3 board next week. ha ha.
Come on man, just well trained. LOL.
What ever night.
Ive been focused on my rear delts for months now. It is definatly helping and Im feeling stronger as a result.

Awesome PR man! 900x2 is insane!
What do you think the best way to do board presses would be in terms of how you touch, or is it more personal preference? Also what are super kennellys? they sound awesome lol.1493 total in 105 class

ME Bench
I dont know if this is true or not. But it seam that when we are going heavy week after week and pushing it hard on our off days, we have a "good" week almost always followed by an "off" week. Does anyone else feel like it takes two weeks for your CNS to catch up? Just wondering. Seems like that happens to us everytime.

De Bench
Long Warmup. Grip, Cuff, Super Kennelly's. pull ups and sholder work. Maybe 15 sets.
BB Bench, 3rd week possitive band tension, all sets alternating 3 hand possitions.
95 + #2 x 3 x 3
135 + #1 x 3 x 3
135 x 2#1 x 3 x 9 pretty heavy, maybe 425 at the top. felt ok though.
Seated band extensions. These are unbelievable. I took a video cause they are tough to explain. Everyone seemed to like them though. We did about 5 good sets... Ill get the video up later. I can tell my back and tries are going to be sore and this will definatly improve my arch and improve my cuff strength.
Seated unsupported overhead lockouts. 3 sec pause at the top
Negative #1 band tenision (-150 pff the pins)
315 x 10
405 x 5
495 x 5
545 x 3 x 2
Sauna and BW 197. All the high volume is really leaning me up. Got to eat more.Ben Brizendine

I’m competing at the Mr. Olympia power lifting comp (Bench Only) and am looking for someone who might be at the show on Saturday the 25th that might be willing to help me out? I don’t really know very many of the other competitors and this is my 2nd USPF meet...
So if you wouldn’t mind helping me out with my gear and spotting me for warm ups and on the stage, PM me!
For the help I can get you a pass for the event and a "backstage" pass. I will be opening at 605 or so at 220. Just so you have some frame of reference.....
Thanks guys.Ben Brizendine

Thank you so much for all the help at the meet! Becky got my shirt on for me and was a huge help with the whole thing. Im hopeing to do the Fit Expo in Jan. Will you be there? If so I owe ya a drink....
I know guys, sorry about that.
The meet was awesome and I had a blast. I got 605 for my opener (Twice LOL) then went 645 for my 2nd and 3rd. I was useing a shirt that Ive been useing for the last 12 months and it is pretty loose. I thought that if I was just a little heavier it would comensate but I was only 210 at weigh ins. Im confident that with a new shirt I will go 605, 680, 715 at the next comp, but back down at 198.
So now training begins today for a RAW comp in the midle of Nov. 6 weeks till a 500 raw (Its a goal, ha ha)
So I finished 2nd in the 198 - 242 wt class!
PLwatch will have a write up on it in the next couple days wit the Video....Ben Brizendine
