Recommendation for pro-hormone that does not cause hair loss
Here's the scoop. I injured both elbows sufficient to having to take 8 weeks off from training. Initially even body weight exercises killed, but truthfully I got lazy and ended up taking off more time then i really needed to. The injuries are still not 100% but I definitely work around them. The day after my injuries I started on Adderall and it just killed my appetite and any enjoyment i got from eating food. So I lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks from Adderall that i didn't need to lose. It's my fault, I should have ensured that i met adequate protein and total calorie requirements.
So here's my situation. I've lost a good amount of mucle due to not lifting and a hypo caloric intake and with little protein. That's a recipes for lean tissue loss if I've ever seen one!
So I now that I'm off treatment, I'm going to start back in the gym with adequate nutrition but I'd like to add a pro hormone to the mix for 10-14 days tops to help with the (hopefully) rapid muscle gain due to a "rebound" effect. I'm thinking that the combination of heavy tension loads after an 8 week break plus break plus dietary changes will allow me to regain the lost muscle quickly, especially if a short term dose of a pro hormone is added. I'm also glycogen depleted and dehydrated.
But here is the thing. I need some advice as to what product out of the current crop is least likely to cause hair loss. I'm fighting tooth and nail to maintain and slowly regrow my current hair and I'm not convinced that using topical spiro or AA will prevent hair loss from a pro hormone that is significantly androgenic and proscar won't help if the compound has intrinsic affinity for DHT receptors. so i need to rely on anecdotal data from the community. So does anyone have any recommendations for a pro hormone that is less likely to cause hair loss over 10-14 days of one time use? Shutdown and PCT issues will be covered. Thanks!
