    protein in pill form

    I realize it would take a lot of pills to equal a shake, but there has got to be some form of capsulated or pill form protein.

    I HATE the shakes. they taste like ****, and just kinda of sit in my stomach.

    how long have u been using protein powder? When i 1st started using it i thought it tasted so bad, now i like it..alot better than some other things in my diet lol.

    What brand? flav? r u using?

    If taste is that important to you, try BSN's Syntha-6. In my opinion, the most delish tasting protein shake I've ever had. Also give ON's 100% Gold Standard Chocolate a try, that's delish as well.

    1 gram per capsule at most... you need at least 30 to call it a protein shake..

    That's a lot of pills!

    Try one of the better tasting proteins. Muscle Milk is delicious, but is fattening.

    your best bet (if you MUST have pills) is uni-liver
    there is 3.2 grams of protein from every two pills (you better be good at swallowing pills cause they are big)

    just keep trying out different protein powders til you find one you love. Not all taste like crap. Go for chocolate flavored ones, they're usually the best. IMO

    When it comes down to it, protein is protein.

    I think your being a little stupid about this, this is going to be alot harder then swallowing a drink, 20 or so pills. Just buy some ON and test out which flavor you like. I actually loved mint chocolate chip and rocky road, I looked forward to them!
