First Day Go ME
Hey,
Thanks for all of the suport. Today was the day of reckoning for me, still with my dodgey camera which i will sort out i trained for the first time.
Since my gym membership does not offically start until August it was Cardio time for me.
Since im off for the summer im training Biggest Loser style. Today i did 2 and half hours of cardio switching between the treadmill, bike and the cross trainer. I differed the intensities through out the whole work ranging form fat burn ti HITT.
In the afternoon i went for 50min run outdoors, it was steange as for some strange confidence i actyually found the courage to go an run where the public can actually see me lol. Using my polar RS400 heart rate monitor it calculated that i ahd burnot of 3567 calories.
Mydiet today has been pretty straight forward;
Breakfast: 2 egg whites on Toast
Lunch: Protein Shake with water
Dinner: Chicken breast with veggies and small taste of rice with a dressing of low fat curry sauce.
Bring in tomorrow

You are not eating enough. Your body will crash and burn very quickly if you limit your calories that low. But that's my opinion. Just be careful man.

but.. one of the KEY ways to lose weights is by increasing the frequency of your meals.. mabye turn that 900 calory dinner into 3 300 calorie meals.. it would be so much more effective to ur metabolism... becuase your body holds onto fat if it thinks its starving.. possibly would be even more effective if you had another meal ontop of that

dude, there is no way in hell you weigh 425 and only have 30% body fat. i was 48% at 330, and my waist was nowhere near 62". i'd say you're around 50%.
i'm at 26% now.... and i'm down to 265. so trust me, you're way more than me.

quite sad actually...I think you guys started off 'too extreme' in terms of eating and cardio. You need to start off slowly.

As much as I want to support you... this contest thus far is a farce... sorry. So far you claim to lost 30 pounds in a month, and with no picture proof before and after. Chris has disappeared. And you talk about doing ironman's the toughest sport of them all... all hard to believe man.

ok calm down... you originally came to me for advice on doing a contest such as this, remember? As far as Chris, yes, we don't know what happened to him. My first contest was with someone that constantly said he wanted to kill himself, that was not easy for me as I really cared about the guy, and he finally just gave up and gave me attitude for caring about him.
Now as far as you are concerned. I believe that if did not want to put pictures up on the internet, then you should not have asked to be in a contest. How is anyone going to know how you are doing if you don't? That gives no credibility to the contest. All this is now is you posting a blog about your gains, which is fine, but don't call it a competition. You don't have to post pics if you don't want to but in a competition that is expected. I told you before I will support you with your weight loss anytime but call it what it is, this is not a competition.
