Stanazol for females
Hi everyone
I am looking for advise here please. I have been weight training for just over 2 years. I am also a type 1 diabetic and i have about 10 to 15kgs I'd like to lose. I have consulted many professionals e.g. dietitians and Doctors and all have said maybe your just meant to be curvy or maybe this is the best you can be!
Well I don't accept that at all! I have many friends who are professional body builders or somehow involved in that field and have been told my training is spot on and my diet is correct. Now as a diabetic I cant increase my training or cardio as it will result in more complications with my diabetes and same with decreasing my food intake.
I have seen a few girls and guys I know do a course of stanazol with great results. I have looked everywhere and i cant find any problems with taking it and being a diabetic. I don't like clenbuterol at all. I tried it and got the shakes bad!
So my question's are
Is Stanazol good for females
What dosage is recommended
Is Stanazol best for someone who wants to maintain & increase muscle and cut up
Being a diabetic I have to train alot harder than normal to get same results.
I'm really hoping for some help and knowledge, I have noticed in many responses to posts people just go off at some people for asking beginners questions. We all we're in-experienced or not as wise on certain things at one stage and the only way to gain knowledge is too ask the question!!
Thanks and stay smiley!!

My boyfriend is a type-1 diabetic and is a bodybuilder. He is able to do cardio, decrease and increase his food intake when cutting and bulking and do pretty much everything that regular bodybuilders do. The only difference is that he has to take insulin and make sure he adjusts the dosages to fit with how many carbs he's taking in.
Now, certain things such as taking dextrose after working out seem to give him more problems than it's worth, but that is really the only difference...
Perhaps you having a tough time losing weight really isn't about being diabetic at all, but maybe you're just fighting a really slow metabolism and an endomorphic body type? I gain muscle easily (well, I'm not being fair to myself...I work DAMN hard to gain the muscle I do have!), but have a hell of a time cutting down too...just because genetically my body works against me. The fact that we're female does not help either...Yes, we definitely do have to work harder than men do to lose our fat - but that doesn't mean it's impossible!
What does your diet look like? I understand that it may be a bit different than the average person because you need to take in carbs at certain times and stuff...but I understand that because I live with a type-1 diabetic! What do your workout and cardio routines look like?
**Edit: Sorry I didn't answer your original question about stanazol...I have no experience with this.

i have used stana, really like it. First cycle did 1ml twice a week and second cycle .5ml every second day. Not much diff. Thinking of stacking it with masteron and low dose test? has anyone tried this? I found the stana was really good for cutting up, gave me a really hard look. I also nailed my diet though and trained like a biatch. The first cycle was four weeks and the second six. I agree with the clen. I tried it and ended up having before bed cos it messed me up too much, really don't think it is all people cracked it up to be. I will only take stan before competition though as i find the really hard look disappears not long after the cycle is finished, but, some of the sze does stay. i also find that after 4 weeks my joints start to be affected. not sure if this is from the stan or dieting. But running becomes impossible.
Before messing with gear though make sure your diet is spot on, or you are wasting time and money. Same as supps. No miracle, just a bit of help tweaking things

One big rule for steroid use is 'if you can't get there naturally, you won't be able to stay there naturally'. In other words, if you can't reach your fitness goals without steroids, you will most likely be forced to KEEP using steroids in order to maintain those results. If a Mr Olympia goes off the juice, he's not going to look like Mr Olympia in a year or two, no matter how hard he trains and how perfect his diet is.
So, if your current level of development is really your natural biological limit and you juice to break past it, you're probably going to have to KEEP juicing to STAY past those limits. That's not a trivial commitment.
I can't really tell from your photo what sort of shape you're in. It's possible you have unrealistic expectations; even bodybuilders and fitness models don't look the way they do on stage for most of the year. If you really do have excessive body fat, I have to believe that diet and exercise CAN bring it down in spite of your diabetes. It's possible that the doctors you've spoken to simply aren't willing to go down that road (since it's not actually a health problem and they may not feel comfortable giving advice on pursuing a sort of 'super-fit' state, since that sort of goal isn't a part of their medical practice/training.)
You may just need to keep searching for a nutritionist or the like who is supportive of your goals. You might also consider that there might be something lacking in your workout routine or diet. Are you REALLY getting enough protein? (Remember, it takes a LOT more protein to build and maintain muscle; even a very petite woman who's seriously lifting should probably be getting 100+ grams a day of protein.) Are you aggressively increasing the weight you're lifting? Are you working the whole body with lifts like squatting?
I've seen far too many people (women in particular) who 'lift weights' for years and still look like crap because they didn't understand or follow the indispensable rules for building muscle: Lift heavy, work the whole body, get plenty of protein and enough calories, get plenty of sleep/rest. Don't be too quick to assume that you've come as far as you can; you may just have come as far as you can with your CURRENT diet and routine.

I agree. I would not go the steroid route. Keep changing up the diet/exercise and see what happens!!

Thanks so much for everyone's advise It is very much appreciated. Sorry its a while since i've responded life is INSANE at the moment!!
nicoledominique - I guess i have a body type which holds onto fat but also builds muscle easily. I'm unsure what type this is! With regards to my diabetes - i'm sure you know type 1 diabetes effects people differently - or their bodies handle it differently and i have tried altering both food, training and obviously decreasing insulin requirements and each time it resulted in more frequent hypo's (low sugar) this was happening 5 or 6 times a day and each time requiring carbs and sugar to raise it. Obviously this is not an ideal situation for someone trying to cut up!!
sel3 - Was there any side effects from 1 or 2 cycles?? By the way thanks for your awesome honest advice much appreciated.
jude-o - I do understand it can be an addictive experience due to the results but am thinking bout pushing my body to its limits and seeing where it takes me and see what results i can achieve. As for the protein comment i do take alot in during the day, and understand the importance of protein in my diet. Although when i saw this (apparently) genius dietitian he told me to cut back my protein as it helps hold onto fat! Its the first time ever I've been told to not have much protein and to NOT have protein shakes at all and i should be getting enough just from my diet???
Anyway thanks again for your help now i have much to think about!

Wow you're gorgeous.
Anyway back on topic. I will say when it comes to steroid use and females that females should use only if they plan on competing IMO. You would get a better response in the female steroid section.
Good luck.
Oh, btw I dont know if its mainly me but steroids do make me feel hypo at times.
