Hi i have clavicle protruding without pain in this point at all.i visit an orthopedic he saws the x-rays and he told me it is nothing advising me to stop weith lifting for a while
I think this is connected with an injury in my scapula(shoulder blade)doing seated fly exercise 3 years before.Also in now days before start me rest i work out much more with shoulders and chest than back. Is it possible a weakness in my back in compine with a injury to have this problem?
If yes, what exercise i should do and how much weith? .Is it bad to go for jogging or i should have a complete
rest?Also i ma thinking to start kick boxing in 3 months from now in order to have a good aerobic exercise what you suggest in my case?
