Thanks alot guys! ummm for supplements i used hydroxycut hardcore im not sure if it does too much... diet is most important, it did give me some energy to get through the long workouts and cardio sessions though.

From your bodyspace pics, youve done plenty of comps over the last year-ish. Are these pics from your 'off season' to cutting up for competition, and it taking 12 weeks?
Or the first time, body never been shredded/in a comp before and you achieving it in 12 weeks?
Awesome progress none the less, and if your body has never been in that shape then its even more of an awesome achievement.

Thanks guys... it was definitely a long road and if you had 40 pounds of fat to lose i would definitely recommend giving yourself a little more time then i did... The offseason pics are me bulked up to 220 which took about a year and then i cut up to 180 for my comp
- Yes that is the same person and i am all natural... im not that big haha so i dont think it is that hard to believe.
- As for cardio i started at 5 weeks with an hour a day with a little bit of hiit in there... and then at 2 weeks i realized i was a bit behind so i bumped it up to 2 hours a day 7 days a week while weight training 5 days a week so it was a little bit intense.
- My diet was 3000 cals starchy carbs protien and fats every meal until 4 weeks and then i dropped the starchy carbs except for a bit of oatmeal in the morning for 2 weeks then cycled the oatmeal in and out of my diet every couple days for the last 2 weeks and ate mostly fibrous carbs.
