that was in 2002, a year where ronnie looked his absolute worst... his arms were so small in that pic compaired to 1998-1999 and 2003 etc.

I think long biceps look best when the arms are down, but when flexed in a front double bi, short biceps give more of a peak. Tough to say which is best. Kevin Levrone had some long ass biceps.

His arms are more aesthetic with nicer balance and shape... so I prefer Heath's... but in terms of size and separation, it's the other way around.

True, but do you really think Ronnie's arms are bigger than Heath's? Hard to tell considering the height difference. Heath has to be close to 22. His arms are rediculous. Ronnie's are much more separated but that may have a lot to do with the amount of time he has been working on them. In the next couple years Heath may have a deep split in the bi and rediculous conditioning to really make them stand out from the competition.

They're probably 20.5,because on Flex he said they were a bit bigger then 21 in the off-season off course he probably was refering to them cold because pumped they probably 22 in off-season...

I've seen him stand beside some guy from this forum. Heath's arms were better, but didn't seem any bigger.

Heath is my favourite bodybuilder today in the circuit but i'm realistic,he's like unbeatable standing by his own but his flaws really come to surface when he is standing next to ther guys but he's still very hard to beat...

I agree. That left arm is pretty much perfect. Right is a hair behind. No one that I can think of combines belly, peak, shape, tris like this. And his side tricep is phenomenal.

mmm, my mom was a ballerina so she had some pretty long muscles it seems (idk if that has to do with ballet training) and I have a lot of her build attributes. I wish I had that golf ball peak when I flex
