Had two body fat Tests done today, which one to use?

I first had a 3-point test done with a calipers and then right afterward a 7-point done with the same calaper and the same person. The 3-point showed me at 9.1% and the 7-point showed 10.5%. So is 10.5% the one I should go by?

The last time I had one done was with the 3-point and I was at 11% or so.

I'd assume the 7 point would be more accurate.

Was it taken by the same person?

Use whichever you'll be using in the future. Bodyfat tests are pretty inaccurate as far as telling your actual bodyfat percentage, but you can use them effectively to tell if your bodyfat percentage has been going up or down.

Generally the 7 is more accurate though, but like I said, just keep lowering it until you like the way it looks in the mirror.
    History: Mar, 2001: 135lbs @ ~14% | Nov, 2004: 245lbs @ ~40% | Dec, 2006: 168lbs @ 5.5%ish | Nov, 2008: 177lbs @ 5.5%ish | Dec, 2016: 179lbs
