Red face choice of protein

hey guys,
I'm currently cutting and on quite a busy schedule so around about 2 of my 6-7 meals per day come from protein powder which is usually between 1-6pm

I was wondering what sort of powder would be best to use. I use WPI post workout, but something more slow released would be better for during the day wouldn't it?

I have been looking at bulk egg-white powder and bulk casein powder as I am kind of on a tight budget. Any recommendations?

right now i am taking some time released protein that stays in my system for about 4 hours. you may want to take a look at it. it is called SUPPLEMENT RX - BUILDING BLOCKS PROTEIN. it works great for me i have noticed a big difference in using this compared to whey and other protein.
