We all require Testosterone to function. Think about it like this, testosterone is the key to building muscle; that is why females can pump iron all day and we will still be stronger naturally (in most cases). We've all seen people that are big and strong as fucc but they dont lift weights, eat 4 chicken breasts a day, or take creatine. Those people have high testosterone. All the supps in the world won't do **** without healthy tes levels. At the end of the day test will determine how much muscle you gain. Prohormones do more harm than good. Artificial test is cheap bull**** compared to the test your balls will make naturally.
Guys, we must devote this thread to ways to increase test. Post all of your knowledge about how to raise this important hormone. I will start. I know that zinc before bed, garlic, high protein intake, adaquate fat intake, sun, success, and hydration will raise test.
****ty fast food, high carbs, sugary soda, and being a bitch will lower it.

As far as the sex/test arguement I use my commen sense. When I abstain I feel like a beast ready to pounce on some titties and ass. When I bust a nut, I get sleepy and want the broad to leave me alone. The higher your test, the higher your sex drive. Abstaining unleashes the animal inside and makes me go after more females. Im not the only guy with balls around here, Im sure you guys know how strong and powerful you feel when you dont bust for a while. Abstaining gives me the drive to conquer, dominate, and ****...if thats not high test I dont know what is.

yeah your right dude, scientific studys are all just bull****, only pete89 knows the truth. I didnt say you need to know the difference, i just suggested that the non believers try it and see for themselfs that it makes a difference if you do it too close to your workout. (in my experience 2hrs before is to soon, other than that your fine)
