So I had a good day of eating and whatnot at school and throughout the day, run a strict push pull leg split 6 out of 7 days a week. It’s 9:18 pm and I just finished an intense cheat and tricep routine but I don’t know if I should consume anything post workout since I’ve hit my calorie/macro goal today before I got to the gym.
Anything helps!

Should I eat after lifting if I’ve already hit my calories and met my macros

You'll get more/better replies in the Nutrition section but I'll throw my .02 in here. Yes, you've met your macros so technically, no, you don't need to eat again. Most will say meal timing doesn't matter; personally I believe it does.
In the future, I'd try and save some macros for after the gym just so I'm not sleeping empty. I worry about being empty overnight unless I'm on a cut.2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
