Absence of Cartilage

I have what doctors said when I was younger an absence of cartilage in my chest. It concaves in just about 1/2 inch from my "normal" area on my chest.

This doesn't really effect me but I was just curious if anyone else had this and if so, would muscle cover it up? I don't plan to compete but if I really get into it, I would like to know if it would become covered.

Thanks!

Might as well, it will help it look better. I don't know if it would cover it up, but it would give you some crazy deep separation between pecs which might look cool.
