Diet Help
6' tall, 275lbs, 29% BF
Found a diet on here I am going to give it a try as it seems about where I need to be calorie wise (about 2198), I will give this one a go and see how it does for me.

Seems to be a bit healthier then what I am doing. My goal for the moment is about 20% BF.
