Diet Help

6' tall, 275lbs, 29% BF

Found a diet on here I am going to give it a try as it seems about where I need to be calorie wise (about 2198), I will give this one a go and see how it does for me.

Breakfast
4 Eggs Scrambled 294 25.2 1.6 19.86

Mid-Morning
Tuna in Water - can 180 39 0 1.5

Lunch

Mixed Veggies 40 2 7.5 0
Protein Mix 100 22 2 0.5
8oz Skim Milk 91 8.7 12.3 0
Mid-Afternoon

Seems to be a bit healthier then what I am doing. My goal for the moment is about 20% BF.
