Msafgymrat's 1st Figure Comp and preping for my 2nd
This was my 1st competition I just did this one for fun and had only 4 weeks to prep. My real competition that I'm focused on is next month July 27th. I want to get more defined in my legs, back and abs. I got 5 weeks and I will do updates every week.
