Been doing my research on creatine, and yeah it sounds awesome.
But what about when you stop taking it, doesn't your strength just drop significantly?
Many Thanks

while on it ull gain quite a bit of strength and muscle and after u quit ull lose a little bit of it. that is if u continue to train hard it shouldnt be to much. u have to quit after a while though because u stop making signifigant gains with it. but if u wait a lil while then start up again it will work agai.

I prefer to cycle it just because when you do go off it you may lose some strength. So while your off your body can learn to build that strength on its own then when you start your next creatine cycle you usually hit a new PB. This is how ive found creatine to be the most successful for me.
Im stongly considering taking Neovar recomp though year round.
