Or at least a sneak peak.

The year was 2004. A year of change. A year that saw an end to may of the most effective 'supplements' of all time. And it was also a time of new, exciting developments in old, stand-by favorites such as creatine.

Omega Sports was fresh on the supplement scene, starting out like most companies that have little to no money...by selling pro-hormones. Still, we ventured into the main stream realm to release a creatine product simply called Thunder that would change the supplement industry in a profound way.

Thunder was the very first supplement to utilize GMS to help increase strength and vascularity. Thunder was also one of the first supplements to fully embrace glucuronlactone and successfully walk the fine line between too much and not enough caffeine in an ergogenic product so that it would help and not hinder potency.

One or more of these ideas were quickly incorporated by some of the industry's largest players. Quite a feat for such a simple, straight forward approach to formulation and from a company with so few resources.

Fast forward to 2008.

Thunder has long been out of regular production and we have been feverishly working on a suitable replacement for well over a year. We could have opted to create a proprietary blend, me-too type of supplement, slap the Thunder name on it and make a lot of money. But that is not what I wanted to do. if we could not surpass Thunder in every aspect by leaps and bounds, a new version was not going to get made, period.

Enter Dana Houser, MD, MHSA, CISSN (Dinoiii) and Shawn Wells, MPH, RD, CISSN (Androgenic). Dana and Shawn are quite possibly two of the smartest, most passionate and ethical people I have met in this industry. After speaking and learning that we share the same interests, values and goals for supplementation, forming a cooperative team seemed like a no-brainer. As a group, we will only bring to market the best possible product imaginable without sacrificing safety, science or our core values. I am ecstatic to be working with them to bring you Thunder version 2. And with THUNDER V2, Dana and Shawn have created something that has exceeding my expectations in every possible way. this should be a huge release, perhaps when the ingredients come out I'll actually try a diff creatine than NOS ETHER, as version one of thunder was solid (except that it had stims, IMO).
