Wow.. I lol'd pretty hard at this vid.. I'd be someone ok with it if he was jacked up! but thats not obviously the case. Hes Really gonna hurt himself later down the road. I'd be more impressed with seeing a vid of him curling a 5 pound dumbell with perfect form.
