Early AM training and pre and PWO nutrition.

I started training at 5:45AM today. Ive decided to start a couple weeks ago but had been struggling with myself to get to bed at a proper time to get proper rest. I did it last night and after my forst workout imn feeling great.

My concern is more the pre W.O nutrition, as i basically will get up from bed and leave tot he gym. This morning I had some time and ate a banana, a teaspoon of peanut butter and 1.75scoops of whey with water. This was about 20minutes before training.

What would be a proper nutrition scheme to train well very early in the morning?

I am leaving to work staright out of the gym and brought a can of syntha6 to have a couple scoops during the business hours. Right now (1hour after finishing training I am feeling hungry and just a scoop of syntha-6 is probably not enough calories until my lunch at 12:00PM.

I am cutting now.

Do cottage cheese the night before for slow digesting protein

Do oatmeal (slow digesting carbs) + whey for protein and energy preworkout

and protein + bagel (quick digesting carbs) postworkout for recovery (within 30 mins)

Something closer to that scheme is better.
