Is it ok to do Bent-Arm Dumbbell Pullovers for my Lats, even though I did a chest workout yesterday?
My father said it might even be better, making the back have to do more work since my chest is recovering from yesterday.
What do you think?

Your dad is right. But why must it be a dumbbell pullover for lats?
Generally people do dumbbell pullovers for chest and barbell pullovers (due to the wider grip possible) for lats.
Why not just do Some type of rowing movement and a vertical pulling movement/pullup for lats? That would make more sense.
