Yes I have, many times. OK let me rephase that I have used my own bastarized version of it. I cut it to an 11 week cycle eliminating the first 2 weeks of 10 and the first week of 8 reps. So I start with the first week of 8 reps x2 sets. For me I am not a big rep guy and it doesn't fit me. The rest seems to work and I usually have gotten within 3-5% of the goal at worse. However, I have never achieved more then the goal. I do use a very real max though and that might be why I have never exceeded the goal. Also though the end max is pretty impressive and maybe that is why I didn't get there...or maybe it is b/c I do not do the firs 3 weeks. Regardless it is a solid program that I do about very 18-24 months when I get stuck, which I am now. I will be using it my next cycle to hopefully push my squat over 650 range.

Great ?. I can't because I am a little seasoned (older) and my body gets zapped. I think there is something important about tricking your body with new schemes. I do not know all the science behind it but it seems like you stall when you repeat, repeat.... Plus if you punch in the numbers you probably would be squatting 5000lbs within 3 years. You probably could do it a couple times with good results, especially if you are a newer, younger lifter that can look at the weight and make gains.

I just do it for squats. I like to run SGT Rock's SLD program or a low volume DL program when I run the peaking program for squats. I like Coan/Phillipi for deads whne I am stuck but it is a killer. I do that about every 2-3 years. As for bench I go my own way b/c I have always had a strong bench and have a pretty good feel for what works for me. For me my squat is my weak link. I fit all my other routines around it. It would be ideal to pound all the lifts all the time but you have to be realistic.
