Batista - 'I Walk Alone' WWE Theme
Kane - 'Hell, Fire & Brimstome' WWE Theme
Undertaker - 'Rest in Peace' WWE Theme
Gangrel - 'Blood' WWE Theme
Corporate Ministry - WWE Theme
I love WWE Themes when I'm lifting. Hate wrestling (sorry), but knowing these guys do this day in and day out... sacrificing their bodies and lifestyles for what they do really inspires me to get that last rep out... to give me that little bit of extra push when I'm tiring out.

5. Turn me on Mr. Deadman - Union Underground
4. Ready to Die - Andrew W.K.
3. Becoming - Pantera
2. Walk - Pantera
1. Determined - Mudvayne
Another one bites the dust by Queen also pumps me up and Disturbed's The Sickness Album is all good lifting music. I saw some System of a Down and I'm a big fan but I can't lift to any of cuz the ****ed up rythym of it all throws me off same with alot of Slipknots stuff.

The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens.

I know man, I used to think like that too. It's really easy to get turned off to the genre as a whole when the only stuff you're exposed to is the mass produced garbage being sold to the masses, but if you dig deep enough there's some good ****.
Lil Wayne's new album is awesome, as is Pharoahe Monch's. If you're curious in exploring what GOOD rap is, I would suggest you check them out.

Krs-one - Hip Hop Lives
Nas- Black Republican, Gangsters
Wu-tang - anything
That's it as far as hip-hop goes while I workout, and those are also reccomendations for those who think all hip-hop blows as well.
