so your looking for a new routine what kind of routine are you on now? or have been doing?
a great strength one that i tried and worked got great results from it was 4 sets of 4..... my max bench went from 225 to 245, squat went from 275-290..
but it really does work just make sure you build your program around all of your power moves.. aka bench, squat, deadlift.
