Few Cut Diet Questions
Hey Guys, Just quick questions that probolly have been answered already, Sorry about that. Just trying to double check my answers. I plan on doing the cut diet 4 here in a month or so.
1. When having steak with a meal do you count that as the fat intake? Cause 6-7oz chicken has probolly 3-6 fat naturaly occuring. If you get a real lean steak fat intake would come to be the same.
2. On off days, do I sip on xtend throught the day? Or do I drop it out on non workout days, and just use it during training.
3. I probolly would start off with 3,500 calorie diet. It has 7 meals, and the 3,000 calorie diet has 6. Is there anyway u can make the 3,500 calorie diet into 6 meals or would that mess up the ratios? Just wondering cause I rather eat same amount of meals thoughtout instead of dropping a meal.
