Searching Recipes with pictures and macros (books)

I`m searching for some nice recipes with pictures and macronutrients.
It doesn`t matter if it is a forum thread or a book. But real books or ebooks would be very nice.
I have found the gourmetnutrition book.

So please help me out and post some stuff you know.

thank you i have seen these before and some of the stuff is very good !
so keep it coming, must be more outside... especially real books
