As you were informed, your blood picture naturally varies as a part of the process of homeostasis - that is the body maintaining its status quo via adaptational changes (i.e. to things such as stress, infections, injury, drugs, toxins, disease etc, etc). As dieting is a form of stress on the body, but also usually constitutes a change in dietary content, you would also expect to see some minor changes in you blood work, if you didn't then I'd be worried! Plus, as you can see, 'normal' constitutes a 'range', that is because healthy parameters cover a spectrum for the very reason stated above, that of homeostasis. It's just the way the body works. As thpost above says, if there were anything of concern in your bloods your doctor would inform you. Best not to self diagnose, its a one way street to hypochondriasis! :-). Worry not.
Regards
