no bar or wieghts, dont buy a golds gym bar either, they are only 45 bux but i have one that bent with only 235 on it. best deal would be a 300lb wieght set from dicks or sports authority. they come with a bar & are usually under 150 bux some times you can get them for around 100-120 if you are lucky.

I have the bench myself and the bench part of it set ups good for me I'm 6 1 1/2 the safeties are a;so good for my height, the prech and legs hit me good also however the squat on this is not at all that good after youre done with the set if youre spent and tring to set the weight back on the rack and youre not carefull you will find that the rack wants to tip backwards, as far the bar from wallmart thats 45 bucks handles upto no more than 300 lbs. if you go to dicks or (mcsporting goods in MI) they have sets that start around 160 for 210 lbs loose weight or 229 at mc for 300 lbs with a bar rated at 1000 lbs good luck

uh no because that is a cheap chinese chrome bar.
those are the chepa ones that come with weight sets.
