    Hey guys,

    What is the shortest rest time for quads? Max is 2mins right? It's not 1;30 right? Is it 1 min?
    Serge said 16 reps was the highest for reps right? Just double checking.

    I have been training serge nubret scheme for a while.
    but I changed it a bit.
    6 times a week, I do every exercise 10x20.
    my workout takes 3 hours.

    I have before and after pics now
    I got very cut.

    I have not heard from Serge's family in a few days.. lets keep thinking about him and give all of our positive thoughts to Serge to recover back to full strength! ..

    I am very worried right now, Serge had so much more planned and so many youthful years to experience, he has so much to give back to bodybuilding and so many projects lined up, one month in hospital is along time.. he is not able to eat (much, or at all.. I dont know) Serge is a strong and healthy person and must remain that way for many more years..

    1:30 to 2 minutes for squats, whatever you can manage.
    for other quad exercises it's 1 minute
    no rep maximum, if you feel you need and can without losing the pump, then do so.
    but as always, listen to your body.

    Yeah,i don't think he owe bodybuilding anything,but he have alot to share.

    I saw the tape with Serge training you. I noticed you were going over 12 reps. Looks like repping out to to max. Is this what Serge instructed you to do.

    In this video you are reffering to the shoulder press? This was during my first week in Paris and I was working elsewhere in France previously where I had no access to a gym and so was just starting my training again with Serge in Paris, in this video I am just doing as many reps as I could with that weight on that day.

    Normally it is 12 reps.. I did 20 on that video.

    Serge Nubret in Hospital

    Today I rang H?pital Lariboisi?re where he is staying, I asked for Serge Nubret and about his current condition etc. They told me that they are not allowed to give out any information about their clients, even if you are a friend of Serge. There is a doctor in occupying themselves of Serge but his daughter Karine is in charge of all information given out, basically no doctors but his daughters are allowed to give out information about his condition and are there with him.

    This is all I am allowed to know, for more information they told me that I must call Karine Nubret..

    I contacted Karine and asked how he was doing, here is her response:

    "L'etat de mon pere reste stable, il progresse de jour en jour. Merci de l'avoir aider pour son livre. A bientot"

    English:

    "The state of my father is stable, he is progressing day by day. Thank you for helping him with his book. See you later."

    Hi , I noticed on your emails you are advising to buy Serge'S new book.
    I sent for it one month ago before Serge"s illness. Now the add has changed stating it is coming. I have emailed about this order twice and have not heard back. Do you have any information on this book 70 years young?

    Hi Rick, Angela, who was the closest to Serge before he went into hospital told me that there are alot of orders for his book but there are some problems, I think since he went into hospital there have been difficulties around the organisation of his projects, I will speak with Angela about this and hope that when he comes back all transactions can be completed!

    I noticed for shoulder presses, Serge goes from middle to the top. He doesn't go all the way down. I'm assuming this is the most beneficial way to do the presses?

    I'm not sure.. I noticed that too but I myself go abit further down, I don't know which is most beneficial according to him, I don't remember asking.. thats a question for him when he comes back.

    Hey, I actually recall Serge saying that with this upper portion of the movement he felt the pump better and that going all the way down, he felt it less in his shoulders.

    I was wondering if anyone checks their maxes, because mine have gone down slightly. But, I have lost 15 pounds

    my max on my bi- curl has gone up i was only able to do 40 pounds 12x30 with 20 second rest now im doing 50. weight so far is the same but my waist has gone done 1 1/2 inches. thats with a super set of tri extensions to be included

    He already said that's his way to work the shoulders to avoid trapezius development and to emphasize deltoid development. You should stop when your arms are at 90? angle, and then go all the way up again.

    hmm, thanks i'll just keep it up. For the bi-tri supersets my curls have gone from 45 to 70lbs so thats good. plus i had to get new pants to fit me now haha.
