ok... So i went to talk with a friend.. allot older and he used to train and wrestle and his dad was a wrestling teacher...

So he said that sometimes your muscles grow faster than your tendons ( i think its called tendon... english is my 2nd language ) so then when you go heavier your tendons cant handle it and hurts.

Should i now stay by the weight i am and wait for them to catch up to my muscles? or should i just keep on going?

More likely...

it's inflammation. The exercises you're doing may be aggravating your tendons and causing inflammation. Check your form and even possibly if you're doing too much weight too soon. Doing less weight can prevent further injury and not necessarily cause you to lose muscle mass.
So, it may be that you need to train smarter and not harder.

Ice and Ibuprofin after workouts.

Good luck.

I would say its either inflammation or weak anterior delts. Lots of people have problems from weak anterior delts or weak pec minors which are attached right at the shoulder joint and very deep.

Since we dont know exactly what the problem is ie.. Torn rotator, Impingment, we cant say for sure what to do.. I have a stage 3 Impingment in my right shoulder form my acromion breaking when I was a kid. So i have pain when i do shoulder and chest stuff. but I have learned to train around it. I start off all my upper body days with this in order
Lying external rotation. 2x10 Light weight
I cant remember the name of this one but i stand up, arms at 90 degree and out to the side so now my palm is facing down. and rotate my forearm so that my palm is facing forward. 2x10
dumbbell front raise 2x10
lateral raise 2x10
rear raise 2x10 I takes like 5 extra minutes but it is worth it.. My shoulder are all warmed up now. try it

Increase ROM, static stretching, progressive overloading, work in a higher rep range until your joints and surrounding tissues are comfortable with the exercise. You said it was healed then came back how long did it take to come back. If it is a joint issue it would come back almost immediately. Could be a muscle imbalance. Your back might also be weak compared to your chest. You should be able to row or pullup as much as you bench, etc. what i mean is these are things you have to consider. You might just have to vary your grip on some exercises and change things up a bit as well. Kinda of vague from your description. what kind of pain? is it referred? is it more of a discomfort? tip if you can work through it I dont consider it pain. Onset? duration? etc.

like yesterday when i did shoulder presses on the smith machine.. i went light and just warmed it up...
then went heavy.. and it started paining but not that bad...
and then i went standing lateral raises.. 1 arm at a time...
and then seated lateral raises both arms... then it pained ALLOT. So i did my rear delts through the pain... and it keeps on paining a while afterwards but if i rest my arms on something it stops paining...

I can bench around 110kg (242.5 lbs) for 8reps on my own..
i can barbell row around 100kg (220.46 lbs) for 8 reps on my own

deadlift 240kg (529 lbs) 1 rep

maybe if i get a pain killer for when i bench and do shoulders ill be ok but then it can hurt more afterwards...

i broke my left collar bone when i was 15.. snapped it.. but both shoulders pain. so cant be because of that?
