    how much is 5 grams?

This may be a stupid question, but how much is 5 grams? A teaspoon, tablespoon. If there is no scoop with the creatine pow, how do I tell the right dose?

For creatine, 5 grams is approx a rounded teaspoon.
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

I see this all the time and I have to say it:

You can't compare volume to mass without knowing it's density.

So, depending on what you are taking, 5g could differ greatly. So, I don't know if you're just taking creatine mono or have a creatine blend, so it can differ with those.

Don't allow yourself to get yanked around by "what ifs". Since you don't have a scale, a teaspoon of so will do the trick. This is a relative standard for straight creatine.

No. I just measured it and it took a slightly rounded measuring teaspoon.

    You must have damp powder.

waaaaaay too much discussion about this. Just take a teaspoonful, sometimes you may get 4.8g, sometimes you may get 5.2g. It's really no biggie.

Agreed. As long as we're on the same page and this is creatine mono you should be fine. Don't want you to be taking a teaspoon full of something you don't want too much of .
