    Or put a couple of slices of bread in the oven for 20 minutes until brown and brittle, remove from oven, allow to cool on a wire rack. Place the bread in a sandwich bag and beat with a rolling pin until you are left with breadcrumbs.... Beat an egg, dip the meat you wanted to breadcrumb into the beated egg and then roll the meat in the breadcrumbs you made earlier.

    I like to use cocnut flakes, oats, ww flour, blended rye bread, blended nuts..
    I also mix one those with some cheese, spices or herbs... its so great on every thing!

    I used flax flour in my tuna burger today and it was pretty awesome. Would be very good for keo as the macros are about 5p, 4c, 6f per serving
