Just take whatever bread you like a grind it up to make your own breadcrumbs. Or you can grind up some oats as well.
Or put a couple of slices of bread in the oven for 20 minutes until brown and brittle, remove from oven, allow to cool on a wire rack. Place the bread in a sandwich bag and beat with a rolling pin until you are left with breadcrumbs.... Beat an egg, dip the meat you wanted to breadcrumb into the beated egg and then roll the meat in the breadcrumbs you made earlier.
