Weights seem to cost like $50 for each place! I'm not extremely strong and won't need more than 2 of each type of plate
Are sets available? (a bar, 2 45s, 2 25s, 2 10s, and 2 5s?) along with a bench?
I'd like to be able to bench, deadlift, do rows
I tried doing a search... but all the info here has to do with specifics. I'm a newb and was wondering if going to Dicks or something would be a good idea. I just don't want to get ripped off.
Rack + Bench = good idea?
or some sort of Olympic bench?

If you have a sports authority near you misc - go immediately and get the 300lb grip weight set . http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=108401541
it will be $100 more expensive ( and won't get cheaper ) any day now
get that 1st get it out the way
and yes a rack and fid or fi if you dont plan on doing any ab work on your bench would be what you want for safety and versatility
also if you plan on doing dumbell work - go to your local wal-mart and get like 20 - 10 lb plates casue wally world is the cheapest for those . then get you some olympic dumbell handles .Last edited by MrLovrLovr; 06-14-2008 at 07:22 AM.
