    Just Starting BodyBuilding



    Im trying to lose some weight and get more abs, heres a picture of me so far.
    Any tips on exercises or diets?

    Hmm, well first off let me say "ooooowie good gravy sam". (On the serious note)
    Get on a good diet, go to the gym, lift weights. I would recommend doing "pyramid" sets, where you start off light and do a set of 15, then up the weight about 5-10 pounds (what ever you can handle, and decrease the reps 4 times every 10 lbs) 4 times, and on your fourth set do something that your body can do 4-5 times.
