Is it fixable if you are over 34? I have some issues with these, and the shoes is helping but not by much. I want to have better flexibility and mobilty as it would improve my lifts? Is it doable and how?

My coach says all the time that I should put my knees forward, I find it especifically difficult. My front squat technique is quite good, the problem is in the snatch and the catching the weight on the clean...back start to bend forward alot.

Edit: when I checked out your comment I was just looking at Zack Telander video(I just noticed that it was him that I was searching one of his videos on mobility)
