best creatine for gaining size?

ive taken size on and had good size gains with it. But i dont have a credit card so i cant buy it online. But vitamin world sells green mag. Is that equally as good for gaining size or is their another creatine out their thats better for gaining size?

green mag has many fans on the board. I take bulk creatine mono myself. Its easier on the wallet.

GreenMag is fine and will get the job done. Taste like a lime otter pop too! Im on a plain mono right now and getting the same results as I did with other creatine products.

well ive been injured a lot and currently injured now with a strained rotators cuff and my body is shrinking. and in a couple of months i want to know what i could take after i have been working out for a couple of weeks.

Creatine Mono is the best form of Creatine for gaining size. I haven't taked creatine in over a year but when I did I used Vitargo CGL by Nutrex. It has now been replaced by Volu-Grow.

I highly recommend it

Screw that expensive crap. I took MET-Rx Creatine for like 14 bucks and it contained 88 servings and worked wonders. I really like met-rx products for some reason.. I recommend the creatine, it's cheap and works fine. I took mine pre-workout.

Regular BULK Creatine Monohydrate will do just fine. If you just want creatine... dont worry about the other ingredients.

far as strength increases, no. your bench will greatly increase within 2 weeks on GreenMag, but size doesn't come that fast. mono will give you more size than GreenMag .

*EDIT* for the price per serving of what you're getting in the product, STORM is hard to beat.

I have used Cell Tech, Creakic, Creapure Mono, Green Mag, Cell mass, and Size on. Mono and Size on have worked the best for me by far. Green Mag was a huge failure for me and so was Creakic. Cell Tech and Cell mass were so so. You really have to find what creatine type you respond to best. I respond to Mono, Kre-alkalyne and apparently creatine gluconate. I dont response to CEE for ****. Bottom line, just about everyone responds to monohydrate and its a great first time creatine. Once you max our your mono results then start searching for a creatine with a more advanced delivery system to continue your gains. Hope this helps.

i thinks its cool that you are looking into health options....protien and a multi is all you need.
