Smaller Waistline

Hi Everyone,

First off I've been working out for a while now and I've lost most of my weight but I've noticed that I'm having a difficult time getting that hourglass shaped waist. What exercises do any of u suggest I do? I'm currently at a
26 waistline but it doesn't have that curve that I want.

No exercise will make it smaller. Just losing bodyfat. now if you structurally have that shape of waist, then what you wanna do is continue training abs and such but don't train the obliques and might wanna wear a weight-lifting belt any time you do deadlifts and any sort of variation of squat. And of course getting the lats and delts bigger will help with the V-taper and give the illusion that your waist is smaller as well.

I actually started working out on my lats about 5 weeks ago and squats is something I've always done. I can definately start doing the dead weightlift. Do u think more reps of the lats is good as well?
