Im wanting to gain lean muscle over the summer(no fat so I can keep my ab's).
Price is not really a factor, which of these should i get?
Optimum 100% Whey Protein,Syntha-6,True-Mass, or Nitro-Tech hardcore?
Also over the summer im taking purple wraath and green mag.

im going to vote ON's , less cals then Syntha-6 and what im useing to bluk, nitro tech taste like crap but works, never used true mass sounds like its high in cals for bulking?

If your bulking you can't help getting a little bit of fat along with the muscle, its not going to be any one shake thats going to do it.. just the fact that your taking in more cals everyday through your whole diet to bulk. Best way to not pack on too much fat along with it is just to eat really clean.IF i take nitro tech will i gain any fat?
as far as the proteins go, ON 100% is really good. IMO no need to spend extra on nitro-tech which i think has been discontinued??
Go for true-mass or another weight gainer if you can't make the needed calories/day.
