%bf & critique
Hey all! I've been lifting for ~3 years now (started @ ~140lbs) but haven't been training seriously and properly (diet and programs) up until the past year or so. Even though some of my buddies say I'm making good progress, I am my own worst critic so I wanted to see what the bb community thinks. My eventual goal is to get to 170, stay lean, and get insanely stronger.
A few stats:
5'12" (I say 5'12" b/c I'm in denial that I'm not quite 6', lol)
163
%bf: Omron handheld said I was <8%; military worksheet says I'm 12%; me-looking-in-the-mirror meter says 10-12% (it seems I store along my sides)
Bench press: 5RM=205, est. 1RM=225 (up to date)
Squat: 5RM=285, est. 1RM=~330 (5RM up to date but maybe not accurate--I can't mentally put myself in the situation of true failure on squat)
BB curl: 5RM=105 (as of Nov. 07)
BB shoulder press: 5RM=145 (as of Nov. 07)
BW pullups: at least 12
Deads and cleans unknown since my school gym doesn't allow these, which sucks
Thoughts/criticism are welcome.

That is what everyone says when I have them guess my weight and then I tell them I'm like 10-15lbs less.
Anywho, ASIAN REP!

bump
How are my traps? I'm not sure if they're under-developed or if I just have a long neck, lol. I can comfortably bb shrug 315lbs for sets so I think they're decent strength-wise. I'm planning to do a lot of farmer's walk w/ heavy DBs over the summer for more size and strength.

Man you have a very good build. Keep workin' hard and you'll look like a beast when you pack on some more mass.

Thanks man. Yeah, the key word is "when" I pack on more mass. The last two 4-week (1 week off between) bulk phases were unsuccessful. I was eating between 3700-4000 clean calories/day and put on about a pound during the entire 8-9 weeks. Definitely discouraged from mass training for now; looking to strength train and whatever mass I get out of that is a bonus.
