Red face Triceps

I work at an office desk all day and I feel gross! Any tips on working triceps while at the desk... I have 12 pound dumbells beside me.

Do some chair dips!

Honestly, if you are working them at the gym, don't work them at your desk. They need rest to grow. Overtraining to speed things up is counterproductive.

I wouldnt suggest to work out your triceps while working. It is better to savor your energy and wait until you hit the gym later that day to work out your tri's.
