Hey everyone - I'm 10 wks. out and considering carb cycling. I've done it before, but I'm still pretty nervous that I'll mess something up. I have about 15-20lbs. left to lose and I've already lost 25lbs. in my previous 10 wks. of dieting. Below is my old diet post I've just copied and pasted it.. It's the same diet I eat now only it's no longer 1776 calories, it's more like 1460 now. My percentages are basically the same as well. Let me know if you think I should carb cycle this close to show time or the potention problems with carb cycling. I just made my caloric cut to 1460 about a week ago so my body hasn't even really seen the effects of that yet. Any input appreciated, thanks!

I drink a gallon of water a day - 1/4 of that gallon is usually green tea
My lowest caloric intake will be about 1400 cals so if you suggest dropping the cals consider the time I have left and that I need to save some cuts for the future - this diet is 150 cals down from my previous diet.
