I'm 17 (5'10" 160 lbs), and not a real hardcore lifter. I work 2 jobs and play golf regularly. After doing all this along with lifting I am usually dead tired. I'm trying to cut down to 150 by the end of the summer. Can I cut with out any sturctured cardio. I say structured because both of my jobs are labor intensive and golfing (no cart) is pretty good excercise (18 holes is 5-8 miles). I hate running or treadmilling. I swim a few times week. Is this enough (combined with a good diet and lifting weights) to lose the weight that I am trying to lose.
