I know yall may not be as excited about this as me, but as of this morning I am at exactly 40 lbs weight loss since I started getting back into diet and exercise back in January. It's been tough at times but lately it seems that the lbs are coming off nice and steady and I gotta say I'm really excited
Gonna have a great leg workout this afternoon

as an average yes. I was kinda slow getting started as I started to just eat more healthy food sources, no calorie counting or anything like that. Then I started to walk daily. Then started jogging. at this point I was losing pretty fast and started eating a little more. 3 weeks ago I finally joined the gym and got my nutrition to a point I think I can live with it till I reach my goal then make the needed adjustments for my new goals.
I remember at first...I would say...when I reach this weight I am gonna treat myself to "insert bad food here" today all I can think about is what am I gonna do to get me to the next 10 lb mark. man...sorry for the rant...I am just so happy today

Good Work. Why dont you start using your body space to get you to the next level? Post some stats and pics and establish some specific short term and long term goals. It takes alot of courage to do this but it will keep you motivated knowing that others are watching and following your progress etc.
