Is there a reason? like is there more fat or something in it? or is it just because people like the breast more? because i actually like the thigh myself.

Dark meat has a loads of calories from fat in it. Good for flavor and good if you need the calories.

nothing wrong with the thigh. it actually costs less than the breasts if u are on a tight budget

Higher fat content, they can also be a bitch to cook/prepare/eat do to the bone.

um...its dark meat and it sucks....chicken breast is the way to go...so much more meat too

their good fats, too many of you are scared of "fat" while bodybuilding. it. doesnt. make. you. fat. and besides, a high fat low carb diet adds less fat on a bulk then the traditional high carb high protein.
