What is a good supplement used to eliminate or lessen muscle soreness? I used NO-Explode and found that worked pretty well to control muscle soreness but what like to try something else. I would prefer a caplet but powder would be fine too. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Protein will help your muscles build more quickly. A shake before and after a workout will help you be less sore. Casein before bed will help too. Lastly, creatine will help keep your muscle hydrated, if you drink enough water, and thus you will be less sore. Do you take any of these?

I must agree, the doms while taking this are diminished greatly, it's also on a huge discount on bb.com right now.
Anyhow, if you cannot afford that, I've found that a combination of proper nutrition, rest, hot showers+ice can get the job done in a fair manner. Fish oil has helped me as well.

Xtend or Purple Wraath should do the trick.

You should be stacking with Cellmass (not the best but it goes nicely with NO-Explode)
