    Question Misc How Much Can You Dumbell Shoulder Press?

    Started lifting 2 years ago, and litterally started with 30's. 3x10

    I now do 75's 3x8 (no estats plz)

    For some reason, even though I have no history of shoulder problems, any kind of military press (barbell or dumbbell) feels so akward on my rotator. I feel like i'm about to fuck something up so I try not to go too heavy on them.

    thanks bro i brought it up a lot by doing pushpresses with 80s till i was finbally doing 120s within a year, and i then tried to mil press the95s and got em and worked up from theirs

    on my last set the otherday i did 85's x 4. i want hundos by the end of summer. my shoulder is kinda messed up right now so hopefully it heals soon.
